New Navy Cyber Warfare Development Group Reserve Unit Opens

The US Navy has launched a Navy Cyber Warfare Development Group (NCWDG) reserve unit at Club Meade.

The NCWDG reserve unit has been created to provide support in acquisitions, programme and project management, research and development, and technical expertise. It serves as the US Navy's Center for Cyber Warfare innovation.

US Fleet Cyber Command (FCC) deputy commander rear admiral James Butler said: “We at US Fleet Cyber Command are determined to increase our competitive advantages over our nation's adversaries by focusing on our capabilities, processes, and most importantly, our people.
