Donald Trump's Peace Formula Is to Exchange Ukraine for Russia

A peace agreement on Ukraine is an expansion of the United States into Russia. The conclusion of a peace agreement in Ukraine depends on the effectiveness of the exchange of Ukrainian capabilities of the Russians for Russian capabilities of the Americans. America has won another war without using its territory and human capital. The EU is crushed, and Russia is under control. Europe is recognized as the losing side of the conflict. The prospects of the EU are in question. Russia can have good prospects if this country remains loyal to the United States.

1. The Ukrainian state ceased to exist in 2014. At that time, the country's territory was completely occupied by European and Russian invaders.⁽¹⁾

2. The war on the territory of Ukraine is a war of European and Russian invaders who use human resources and the territory of Ukraine to fight each other. Ukrainian voters do not control their own country and are the main victims of the conflict.

4. The EU suffered a crushing defeat in the war thanks to the actions of the U.S. and Russia. Chronology of the EU's military defeat.

4.1. Incorrect assessment of the situation.

At the time of the Ukrainian events in 2013, the EU turned from an ally into a geopolitical adversary of the United States.(2) However, the EU leadership did not understand this. The U.S. government understood this. The U.S. decided to weaken and, if possible, eliminate the geopolitical competitor. To do this, the U.S. provoked a conflict between the EU and Russia, which is a mortally dangerous adversary for the EU. Incorrectly assessing the geopolitical situation, the EU government allowed itself to be drawn into a conflict with Russia. The EU government mistakenly believed that the U.S. is an ally. The Europeans also naively believed that using American financial and technological support, human resources and the territories of other countries (Ukraine, Turkey, Belarus and Kazakhstan) they would be able to achieve the division of Russia into small states and gain control over Russia's raw material base. In the event of the collapse of Russia, all of Russia's gold and foreign exchange reserves in European banks would also go to the EU. But most importantly, by defeating Russia, the EU could increase its capabilities so much that it would threaten the U.S..

4.2. The EU's first tactical success.

The Europeans, with U.S. support, manage to establish control over Ukraine's human resources and territory as a result of the invasion called "Euromaidan" in 2014.⁽³⁾

4.3 The EU's First Tactical Defeat.

The Europeans fail to acquire sufficient human capital to inflict a strategic defeat on Russia. The Europeans also fail to acquire the territorial foothold necessary for this.

The coups d'état in Turkey,⁽⁴⁾Belarus⁽⁵⁾ and Kazakhstan⁽⁶⁾ fail. The Europeans can only use human capital and the territory of Ukraine. But this is not enough to win the war with Russia. Objectively assessing the current situation, the Europeans decide to reduce their goals in the war. Instead of destroying Russia and seizing Russia's financial assets abroad, the EU decides to be content with creating anti-Russian political capital in Ukraine during the war.

4.4 The EU's Second Tactical Success.

Russian President Vladimir Putin decides to invade Ukraine militarily in 2022.(7) This decision is in line with European plans to create anti-Russian political capital in Ukraine.

4.5 The EU's Second Tactical Defeat.

By the end of 2024, the actions to create anti-Russian political capital in Ukraine had become ineffective. The EU could not achieve even a reduced goal in the war with Russia. Russian President Vladimir Putin changed the tactics of military action. Thanks to this, the losses of the Ukrainian population among civilians and soldiers reached a ratio of 1(8) to 17.5.(9) After that, the Ukrainian population lost its potential as an enemy force for Russia. But the Europeans demanding the continuation of the war began to be perceived by Ukrainians very badly. Ukrainians began to prefer not to interfere in the war, taking advantage of the life given by Putin rather than the death given by the Europeans. Further continuation of the conflict began to pose a threat to the United States. Since the continuation of the war strengthened Russia too much and weakened the influence of the United States on the conflict.

4.6 Strategic Defeat of the EU

The U.S. government has adequately assessed the situation. Therefore, American politicians have decided to end the conflict that they themselves have created and supported all the time. The peace negotiations initiated by the U.S. do not provide for the participation of the EU. The exclusion of the EU from the negotiations has become a strategic defeat for Europe and has secured the status of the losing side for the EU.

Peace talks are the confiscation of a military trophy by the U.S. from the EU. This military trophy is Ukraine. The trophy obtained by the Europeans for the Americans will be used to establish relations with Russia, which has proven its usefulness to the United States of America. After all, it was Russia that crushed the EU. The talks will resemble two communicating vessels. The more Russia receives from the U.S. in Ukraine, the more Russia will have to provide to the U.S. inside Russia. That is, in this case, the U.S., having taken Ukraine from the Europeans, will use this state to strengthen its influence in Russia. Once used to weaken the EU, Ukraine will be used again to weaken Russia.

In the current situation, Europeans and European collaborators in Ukraine are losing their importance. The conclusion of a peace agreement will depend on the exchange of Ukraine for Russia. American and Russian officials will participate in this exchange.

The American tactic is to contain Putin's military penetration of Ukraine, but to strengthen their political and economic penetration of Russia. Putin's tactic is the opposite. To strengthen military penetration of Ukraine and to contain the Americans' political and economic penetration of Russia. Putin needs to get more of Ukraine and give less to Russia. The Americans need to give less of Ukraine and to gain more of Russia. The conclusion of peace in Ukraine depends on the satisfaction of both sides of this process.

In the current situation, the military penetration of the Russians into Ukraine continues. But the political and economic penetration of the Americans into Russia is absent. In order to begin to stop the fighting, the situation must change. That is, Putin must give the U.S. some opportunities in Russia or stop military advancement in Ukraine.

The American government has specifically offered Putin to do something that does not need to be done. This increases the chances of reaching an agreement. Demonstrating himself as a strong national leader, Vladimir Putin will refuse a 30-day ceasefire that Russia and the United States do not need. And then he will offer the United States to expand opportunities in Russia. This will be perceived by Russian voters as an initiative of the Russian government and not a demand of the Americans. This increases the approval of the Russian population for agreements with the United States. This approval is the only purpose of the 30-day ceasefire proposal. We must understand that Vladimir Putin's real consent to end hostilities is an actual stop to hostilities. Everything else is political tricks. Until hostilities are stopped, there is no consent from Vladimir Putin.

If this assumption is correct, then military actions will continue until the legal formation of American capabilities in Russia and the achievement of Russian goals in Ukraine.

The scope of such an agreement can be very large. For example, it is possible that Russia will receive the entire territory of Ukraine. And the U.S. will get the opportunity to extract minerals in Ukraine within the framework of the agreement signed by the former Ukrainian government.

This approach to peace negotiations is the most effective. The U.S. will continue to control Russia by controlling the extraction of minerals and other economic activity on Russian territory. That is, in fact, a peace treaty in Ukraine is taking control of Russia. In turn, Russia will be able to develop dynamically due to the results of a victorious war and loyalty to the U.S..

As of early 2025, the United States is characterized by the most effective and professional international policy. This is a guarantee of the prosperity of the United States and the leading role of this country in the world. Russia has entered the close circle of partners of the United States. This guarantees Russia stable development in the foreseeable future. Europe will continue to remain in a turbulent flow without strong allies and under partial isolation on the world stage. The Ukrainian nation has lost its independence and practically proved the absence of political forces within the country capable of creating a prosperous and independent state. The future of Ukrainians depends on the United States and Russia.
